Sara and Sverrir invited us to capture their wedding day, trusting in our knack for turning fleeting moments into forever memories, just as we did for Sara’s cousin and bridesmaid, Chelsea, back at Hall Farm Hotel in 2021. Reuniting with photographers Holly Bryan and Luke Flisher felt like assembling the dream team all over again, each of us tuned into the day’s genuine beats, ready to document every laugh, tear, and dance move with care.

On a day that was more about heartfelt connections than grand gestures, Sara and Sverrir tied the knot. Their ceremony at Humberstone Church and the laid-back celebration that followed at Brackenborough Hotel were less about the fanfare and more about the simple joy of being together with loved ones.

Wedding Video at Brackenborough Hotel, Louth

You are about to view the wedding video of two of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. It was an absolute privilege and a pleasure to be asked to produce their wedding video. Alicia & Sam have boundless love for one another and more than enough to go around for everyone else in their life too. We know that you will enjoy their story and their wedding highlights film as much as we did making it.

Why do you want a film of your wedding at the Brackenborough Hotel in Louth?

We wanted to have an everlasting memory of the day as a video so that the highlights of the day can be remembered and reflected upon. I’ve also heard from other brides and grooms that their biggest regret is not having a wedding video.

Why did you choose us to produce your Brackenborough Hotel Wedding Video?

We love your cinematic style and the natural flow to your videos, my favorite being the way the highlights videos are made and tell a story about who the couple are as well as capturing their wedding day.

Tell us about you as a couple

We both work lots of hours and shifts which can often clash with each other schedules therefore our time spent off together is always important and precious, spent enjoying each other’s company. Sometimes we love to just chill watch films together and laze on the sofa and other days we like to go to different cities, exploring and eating and drinking! When we have more time off together we always look forward to holidays each year just the two of us or with our friends or family.

Tell us about the proposal

Sam set up a treasure hunt around our home with each clue written on the back on a memorable photo from our relationship, along with reasons why he loves me. This eventually led to him on one knee, in our bedroom surrounded by candles and flowers.

Why did you choose a Brackenborough Hotel Wedding?

We picked the venue because it was modern with a nice rural location and the new Tennyson suite is separate at the back from the main building. We liked the fact us and our guests could celebrate day and night all in one location and that the venue only hosts one wedding at a time.

What experience do you want to give your guests at the Brackenborough Hotel?

We want to give our guests a memorable laid back fun filled day that they can look back fondly over.
