Our approach

A little guidance
when it helps.

Most of the day is filmed as it happens. We step in only when simple direction will make the portrait session easier or improve the result.

01

Preparation without over-planning

We learn the schedule, key relationships and anything sensitive before the wedding, then leave room for the unexpected.

02

Direction when it helps

We will guide you when useful—particularly during a short portrait session—but we will not ask you to manufacture reactions or repeat genuine moments.

03

Two filmmakers throughout

While one of us stays with you, the other can cover your partner, the room and reactions that would otherwise be missed.

04

Vows and speeches recorded properly

Discreet microphones preserve the words as well as the pictures. Separate ceremony and speeches films are included with every collection.

05

A film shaped around the day

We use the vows, speeches, natural sound and music to build a film that follows the wedding from preparations into the evening.

The concern we hear most

“We hate being
on camera.”

You will not be asked to act for us or stare into a lens. Most of the day is filmed as it happens. When a little guidance would improve the result, we keep it simple and give you something natural to do rather than a pose to hold.

Before the day

A few things
you might be wondering.

Will we spend a long time away from our guests?

Most of our filming happens around the wedding itself. We keep any portrait time simple and work with your photographer so you can enjoy the time together and return to your guests.

How are the vows and speeches recorded?

We use discreet microphones to capture the words clearly and discuss the practical arrangements with you and the people involved before filming.

What happens if it rains?

We work with the weather and the spaces available at your venue. The people, conversations and celebration still give us a story to film. Drone shots depend on weather, location and permission.

Do you work with our photographer?

Yes. We share the timings and coordinate portrait time with your photographer. You do not need to choose someone from our recommended list.
