Sarah and Tom brought their two Galgos to Camblesforth Hall, and made plenty of room for fun around the wedding itself. The day had a barn ceremony, a cake piñata, live music and guests who were happy to get involved. In his speech, Tom thanked Sarah for supporting him — and for encouraging the ideas he kept coming up with.
Vows in the Camblesforth Hall barn
The ceremony took place inside the barn, away from the September heat. There were smiles during the rings, then confetti in the courtyard and guests finding one another outside.
Their dogs joined them for photographs around the hall. Later, Sarah and Tom walked in the fields with sheep nearby. Their guests were only a short walk away.
Family stories around the tables
Sarah’s dad Tom remembered the day she was born and the love he had felt for her ever since. Tom’s brother and best man Harry added his own stories to the family welcome.
Tom raised a toast to everyone who had supported them, then to Sarah. It was an affectionate gathering, with years of shared history behind the stories.
A Camblesforth Hall party
The courtyard, grounds and poolside gave guests space to enjoy the afternoon. A cartoonist, axe throwing and a bucking bronco added to the entertainment; the cake piñata was another reason for people to gather and watch.
By the evening, the live band and dance floor had taken over. Even a sudden downpour did little to dampen the celebration.
