Outside for the vows, all in for the party

Chloe and James married outside at Laceby Manor, beneath a canopy of flowers and white fabric. Children joined the wedding party, friends gathered on the lawn and James had plenty to say once everyone sat down for the speeches. Later, the dance floor was full of singing, raised hands and people very happy to be there.

Chloe and James exchanged rings on the lawn, beneath flowers and white fabric. Soft green bridesmaid dresses suited the gardens, and children joined the wedding party. It felt like a celebration everyone had a place in.
James, according to the people who love him
James told Chloe how much she meant to him and thanked everyone for being there. His brother brought the family perspective: someone funny, strong and always ready to put his people first. Chloe’s smile as she listened was lovely.
Laceby Manor gave them space for a little time together outside, close to their guests. By evening, those guests were singing along with raised hands and very little encouragement needed. Their first dance was the start of a proper party.
